What are your shipping options?

We offer standard free shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout, depending on your location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, depending on your shipping method and location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

Do I have to pay customs and / or import charges?

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with their order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your watch, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, please visit our Returns page for instructions. You’ll need the order number and to follow the steps to send it back.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, there is a 15% restocking fee for returns.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Warranty

All of our watches come with a 12-month movement warranty from the date you receive your watch. This warranty covers defects in the watch movement only and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If any movement issues arise within that period, we will repair your watch free of charge. However, a €19.95 shipping & handling fee will apply. Please note, the warranty does not cover the case, glass, or band/strap.

We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit, and the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or theft.
